1. Processing Time
All hand-painted Bibles and journals require approximately 40 working days to complete, depending on the complexity of the design. This timeline may vary based on the specifics of each custom order.

 

2. Digital Mockup and Design Changes
A digital sketch of your custom order will be sent to your email within approximately one week after placing your order and payment. Once you approve the digital mockup, no further changes can be made. Please review the mockup carefully before approval.

 

3. Design Interpretation
Please note that reference photos or inspiration provided will not be painted exactly as received. All renditions will be based on the artist’s interpretation and creative decisions.

 

4. Paint Durability
Certain Bible cover types may experience paint chipping on the edges. This is a known issue and cannot be avoided. We advise handling your item with care.

 

5. No Rush Orders
We do not offer rush orders. Each hand-painted item is meticulously planned and executed to ensure high quality.

 

6. Return and Refund Policy
We maintain a strict no return, no refund policy. All sales are final. Please ensure you are satisfied with the design and details before placing your order.

 

7. Customer Consideration
As each item is created by one artist, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding throughout the process.

 

8. Order Confirmation
Upon receiving your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Please ensure all information is accurate.

 

9. Payment Terms

10. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery times are not included in the processing time. You will be provided with a tracking number once your item has been shipped. Maple Leaf Co. is not responsible for any damage during or after shipment of the hand-painted items.

While we strive to ensure the highest quality, our hand-painted items are subject to natural wear and tear. We do not offer a warranty on paint durability.

 

12. Order Changes or Cancellations
Once the order is placed and payment is made, changes or cancellations are not accepted. Please review your order details carefully before confirming.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and detailed instructions. We are not liable for any discrepancies between the provided instructions and the final product if they were not clearly communicated.

 

14. Intellectual Property
All designs and artwork created by Maple Leaf Co. remain the intellectual property of the artist. Unauthorized reproduction or use of the designs is prohibited.
